Hi Loves, I’m Maddy!
I created @nourishwithmads as a platform to speak on various wellness practices that factor into our health, both inside and out. What is "healthy" looks different for everyone, and I aim to help others find what a healthy lifestyle means to their unique selves.
My purpose is to inspire prioritizing one's personal health & wellness in a positive way. I hope that through sharing my own journey of finding happiness & wellness, I may help others do the same.
I have recently graduated from McGill with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and I am a Personal Trainer with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP). My training philosophy embodies the whole-body/ whole-person approach, which focuses not only on the physical aspects of wellbeing but integrates the multiple factors and personal stories that impact one’s healing journey.
